Our matcha is made from high-quality green tea leaves, carefully cultivated and stone-ground to preserve flavour, colour and nutrients. We work with trusted Japanese farmers who value quality, consistency, and tradition.

We particularly love our Gokou cultivar known for its emerald colour and deliciously creamy, full-bodied texture. This shade-grown, ceremonial-grade tea has a low bitterness profile and a rich umami finish.
